Q: What about my insurance? Can I pick where I get my car repaired?
A: It is completely your decision where you get your car repaired. We are approved by both local and out of town insurance companies. We are used to working together with insurance companies so you can be confident you are taken care of. We negotiate with insurance companies on your behalf!
Q: How much does it cost to get a collision estimate?
A: Collision estimates are free of charge!
Q: I have a Lexus/VW/Motorcycle/Toyota. Can you work on it?
A: In most cases, YES! We have skilled mechanics and body men that are experienced in a multitude of makes and models. If we think you would be better served elsewhere, we will tell you.
Q: What are some things that you do?

Q: When are you open? Do I need to make an appointment?
A: Appointments are not necessary. We are open M-F 8:00-5:00PM
Q: How long will my repair take?
A: Repair time varies depending on how busy we are and what your repair consists of. We will give you an estimated date of completion when you bring your car in and we always try to meet or beat that. Rarely, unexpected events or issues can keep us from meeting our completion goal date- in that event we will contact you as soon as possible. We like to keep you informed!
